Salary Loans: Streamlined Loan Access and Automated Repayment through HCM Payroll System | ProDev Hr

UPSTU Members SACCO secured a loan recovery collection code from Uganda Consumers and Lenders association (UCLA) in August 2025. This was done to guarantee issuance of new salary loans to members, with reduced loan default risk.
This session explains in detail, the process for obtaining salary loans, and the progress made in establishing MOUs with district HR personnel responsible for loan recovery through our the salary deduction code in the public service’s Human Capital Management (HCM) system
